What are the benefits of hiring a Virtual Assistant?

You don’t need a physical office, the primary cost of a VA is the amount you pay for their time.

Virtual Assistant’s operate as a sole trader/contractor and without the additional overheads they are an affordable alternative to hiring regular employees.

You are not limited to local talent or time zone. A Virtual Assistant can technically work from anywhere in the world as long as they have an internet connection.

Delegation helps prevent burnout!

And lastly, when you hire a Virtual Assistant, you free up more time to focus on activities that add value, have a direct impact on your income and help you get back some of those important hours for yourself.

What types of businesses hire a Virtual Assistant?

All types! Businesses of all sizes, online or with a shop front across a magnitude of industries and occupations.

What is a monthly retainer?

A monthly retainer is a set block of hours to be used each week/month for regular or ongoing work and can be used for a variety of tasks or services. Retainers are discounted from my standard hourly rate, as it is an on-going contract that is paid in advance and renew on a monthly basis.

I only take on a small number of clients per month to make sure each client gets the attention they deserve.

What are my working hours?

As I specialise in task related work across multiple time zones, I generally work evenings & weekends so you don't have to (also, #mumlife!) however I am always contactable by email.

How Do We Get Started?

01. QUESTIONNAIRE

Complete a questionnaire outlining your business goals and the types of tasks you would like to outsource along with the level of support you will require.

02. DISCOVERY CALL

The second step is booking a free 15 minute discovery call. This will allow you to discuss your business and project needs in greater detail and give you an opportunity to ask any other questions you may have.

03. PROPOSAL, CONTRACT & INVOICE

I will put together a proposal and contract, outlining project details and how we will work together. Once invoiced and paid, we can get started.

04. KICK OFF CALL

We’ll talk through the tasks and any upcoming deadlines, share passwords and tools and you can get delegating.
