Following 15+ years’ experience in customer service, sales, event management, reservations, business support and all round office administration in both the corporate and hospitality industries, gained by working for some of Australia’s largest and most innovative companies such as Telstra, Crown Resorts, Andrew McConnell’s Trader House Restaurants and Rockpool Dining Group, I am your go-to person for all things co-ordination.
With each challenge came more diversity, finding better and more efficient ways to complete tasks and adapt latest technologies to maximise results. Having confidence in my own abilities allows additional streamlining of tasks.
Oh, and did I mention starting my career working 6 days a week completing a hairdressing apprenticeship?
Whilst my career path changed, my work ethic and dedication to servicing clients, developing relationships and delivering quality results still remain, particularly now as a small business owner myself.
